In case you are not satisfied with the product, you can place an Exchange/ Return Request within 10 days of receiving the order.
The refund amount shall be credited to your account via Bank Transfer or Store Credit, as preferred by you.
Customized Products, as stitched as per the specified measurements provided by the customer, and hence, are not eligible to be exchanged or retuned. And the same can be altered only.

For Cottons & Rayons, you may machine or hand wash the product. It is advisable to wash dark colors separately.

For Muslin, Georgette & Semi Party Wear Outfits, Easy Wash is advisable.

For Silk, Crepe, all Fancy Fabrics & the products with fancy accessories, only Dry Clean is recommended.
